TURBO TUMBLE PTY LTD is responsible for personal information used to provide its laundry pickup, delivery and shop services.

Information we process

We process account and contact details, saved and booking addresses, booking and delivery information, payment references, membership history, customer instructions, service communications, security logs and staff audit records. PayFast processes payment credentials; Turbo Tumble does not store card details.

Why we use it

Information is used to secure accounts, approve customers, fulfil purchases, collect payments, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve operations. Optional promotions are sent only where consent has been recorded.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only as needed with authorised staff and service providers such as PayFast and Microsoft 365. Records are retained for operational, tax, dispute and legal requirements and then deleted or anonymised when appropriate.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal or eligible deletion by contacting info@turbotumble.co.za. Some financial and transaction records must be retained by law. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Security and incidents

Turbo Tumble uses access controls, encrypted web traffic, restricted infrastructure and monitored systems. Material personal-information incidents will be handled and reported as required by POPIA.
